Ultra High PrecisionZiersch surface grinding machines are built on a sturdy cast iron base for maximum rigidity. Longitudinal axis slideways are hand scraped and coated with Turcite® for excellent vibration dampening, and preloaded precision linear guideways (Bosch Rexroth) and ball screws are used in the vertical and cross-axis to ensure high rigidity and accuracy. The machines are easy and comfortable to use with a large touchscreen display and fully automated grinding and dressing cycles.
